I started plastering and suspended ceilings at the age of 17, with 2017 marking 20 years for me in the industry. I completed my apprenticeship under the guidance of my father Trevor, working for his company Laser Rite Suspended Ceilings.

Over time I spent time not only working with my father, but working as a team. This ranged from jointly undertaking projects right from the quoting stages to completion.

In more recent times, I have spent time working for larger plastering firms in both worker and supervisory roles. In this time I noticed that clients definitely weren’t getting what they paid for. From systems that didn’t comply with Australian standards to just poor levels of finish.

I decided the best way to provide clients with the quality systems and finishes they deserve, was to enter back into business myself.
